Elouise Ceramics

Elouise is a ceramicist based in Glasgow. She first began practicing ceramics in 2016.

Elouise specialises in wheel-thrown bespoke ikebana vases along with functional, minimalist pieces for use around the kitchen and home. She prefers working with simple glazes and natural tones. Her finished pieces emphasise the natural texture and colour of the clay.

I got the opportunity to photograph Elouise while working on a commission for @zennor.glasgow and learning about the process from clay to finished product. It was an absolute joy working with Elouise and I am excited to see what her future holds.
